Total has started operations at its lubricant oil blending plant located in Singapore. The annual production capacity of the new plant is 310,000 tonnes, up from Total’s current Singapore capacity of 180,000 tonnes. By end-2015, the company plans to shift all lubricants production in the country from two existing plants to the new facility.
