Total Solar Distributed Generation (DG), a unit of Total SA, has entered into an agreement to provide solar rooftops with a combined capacity of 25 MWp for 24 facilities of Betagro, one of the largest food companies in Thailand. The solar projects will utilise more than 62,000 solar panels and produce 38 GWh of renewable electricity per year. Clean energy generated from the rooftop solar projects will help Betagro lower carbon dioxide emissions by 26,000 tonnes during the lifetime of the projects.
