The Thailand court has ruled against the government’s plan to invest $62 billion in an infrastructure project in the country. The seven-year spending plan includes the development of four high speed rail lines connecting Bangkok to Chiang Mai in the north, the Laotian border to the east, Thailand’s central-eastern seaboard, and Malaysia to the south. According to the court, the content of the bill and its drafting process were unconstitutional.
