Jim Hagemann Snabe and Ong Pang Thye have been appointed to the Board of Directors of Temasek Holdings in Singapore. The new members are expected to provide strategic guidance to the management, with Snabe bringing expertise in innovation and digitization, meanwhile Ong contributes his deep knowledge in risk management and governance. Snabe, who is Chair of Siemens AG’s Supervisory Board and has held leadership roles at A.P. Moller Maersk and Allianz SE, has been a member of Temasek’s European Advisory Panel since 2018. Ong, former Managing Partner at KPMG Singapore, has extensive experience in audit and accounting advisory services and currently holds several prominent positions, including Vice Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation.
