Temasek Holdings bought an additional 5 per cent stake in Repsol SA for S$1.67 billion. With this purchase, Temasek’s stake in Repsol has increased to 6.3 per cent. Meanwhile, Repsol recently sold its LNG gas assets to Royal Dutch Shell Plc for S$5.46 billion.
