Solarvest Holdings Bhd has entered into a partnership with Singapore-based Vista Contracting and Investment Global Private Limited to develop rooftop and utility-scale solar projects across Malaysia, Brunei, Taiwan, and Cambodia. The collaboration formalised through a memorandum of understanding (MOU), aims to leverage both companies’ expertise in renewable energy to create strategic advantages and enhance commercial outcomes.
Vista specialises in investing, developing, and managing renewable energy projects, with a focus on solar power systems. The partnership is expected to positively impact Solarvest’s financial performance, as both companies work together to contribute to the global transition towards clean energy. The projects will support the development of sustainable energy infrastructure in the targeted regions, promoting renewable energy adoption across Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
