The People’s Committee of Vietnam’s southern province of An Giang has approved a solar power development scheme by 2020, with a vision till 2030, entailing an estimated investment of VND18.32 trillion ($786.27 million). As per the vision, An Giang targets to generate about 250 MWp of electricity from solar power by 2020.
