Eight SM companies received Golden Arrow Awards from the ICD for performing well in the ACGS. It is an assessment benchmarked against international best practices on corporate governance standards across the region. The SM companies which received the awards are SM Investments Corporation, SM Prime Holdings, Incorporation, China Banking Corporation, Belle Corporation, BDO Unibank, Incorporation, Premium Leisure Corporation, 2GO Group, Incorporation and the Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation.
The recognition is given to companies with outstanding scores in the 2019 ACGS assessment. It symbolises the continuing efforts of Philippine companies to raise the level of compliance with the ASEAN corporate governance principles.
