Singapore-based SingTel Mobile, a unit of Singapore Telecom, has signed an agreement with Ericsson to deploy the latter’s self-organising network solution on its 3G W-CDMA networks in the country. Following the implementation of the solution, the operator anticipates that users will experience fewer dropped calls and higher download speeds.
