Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) has announced the launch of 15 new bus services in 2025 as part of its Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme (BCEP). Two new routes will be operational by the end of April: Route 299, linking Tampines North and Tampines West, and Route 21X, which will offer faster access for Whampoa residents to the Novena MRT station. These additions are part of a broader effort that has already introduced 11 new services and improved 43 existing ones since July 2024.
LTA will also make several adjustments to meet commuter needs, including the launch of Bus 230M for Kim Keat Avenue residents to travel to Toa Payoh MRT and Interchange, an increase in frequency for City Direct Route 671, and a route change for Bus 292 in Tampines.
