Shell Energy Philippines Incorporated (SEPH) has extended its power supply agreement with Citicore Energy REIT Incorporated (CREIT) and Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation (CREC) for the delivery of renewable energy (RE) generated by Citicore Group’s portfolio of solar plants.
This is an extension of the short-term purchase and sales agreement (PSA) signed between the companies and it covers a number of PSAs that will supplement SEPH’s supply chain. Under the renewed agreement, Shell Energy has opted for capacity procurement of 20 MW.
