Seatrium has delivered the first-ever membrane LNG bunker vessel, Brassavola, in Singapore. The vessel will be deployed by TotalEnergies Marine Fuels and is expected to commence operations in February 2024.

LMG Marin, a subsidiary of Seatrium, constructed Brassavola. The vessel is 116.5-metre-long and 22-metre-wide and is equipped with a faster bunkering rate of around 2,000m3 an hour, mass flow metering, and online gas chromatograph systems. It will also use dual-fuel engines, allowing the vessel to operate on marine LNG for cleaner and reduced carbon operations.
