Seatel to invest $400 million for developing Cambodia’s fastest 4G network

Southeast Asia Telecom Company Limited  is planning to invest $400 million to construct Cambodia’s fastest 4G network over the next two to three years. The initiative is part of the company’s plan to rebrand itself. In this regard, the Cambodian unit of the Singapore-registered Southeast Asia Telecom Group has already spent $100 million.
