Scomi Transit Asia Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scomi Group Bhd, has signed an agreement with a rail services firm to collaborate and examine rail expansion potential in Malaysia. The MoU is not projected to have any tangible impact on Scomi’s profits and net assets per share for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
