Samaiden Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samaiden Group Bhd, and SWG Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sinowaja (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, have signed a partnership agreement to provide renewable energy (RE) market solutions in Sabah and Sarawak, Malaysia. The agreement is effective and will remain in force for three years till 2025.
Under the terms of the agreement, Samaiden and Sinowaja will target joint projects in East Malaysia related to solar photovoltaic (PV) and smart or microgrid systems. Samaiden will supply the required products and technical assistance, while Sinowaja will assist in design, research and development, and associated projects, for the solar PV projects.
