The 64 km National Road No. 1G South connecting the Savannakhet border to Nadonekhouang village in Saravane province is likely to be upgraded soon. The project that is estimated to cost 548.6 billion kip will be partly funded by the Lao government. The renovation work is expected to be completed in 48 months.
