The Central Luzon Regional Development Council (RDC 3) has given approval for the construction of three bridges: the Sindol Bridge at San Felipe, Zambales; the Langawan Bridge at Dingalan, Aurora; and the Samal Bridge at Bataan. The bridge projects, worth PhP 4.9 billion, come under the Bridge Construction/Replacement Project of the Department of Public Works and Highways. These projects are funded by the Spanish government through its funding agency, the Spanish Agency for International Development and Cooperation.
