Thailand-based PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP), a national petroleum exploration and production company, has announced the appointment of Montri Rawanchaikul as the company’s new CEO. In his new position, Rawanchaikul will focus on PTTEP’s core upstream business in Southeast Asia (SEA), while exploring new energy opportunities with a focus on natural gas fields.
Montri has around 30 years of global experience in the gas exploration and production (E&P) business and has worked on E&P projects in a number of countries, including Oman, Iran, and Australia.
