PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) has secured a major contract package from QatarEnergy for the multibillion-dollar Maydan Mahzam redevelopment project. The definitive contract is expected to be signed in October 2026.
The award strengthens PTSC’s involvement in Qatar’s offshore oil and gas development, with the Maydan Mahzam project forming part of QatarEnergy’s wider offshore redevelopment programme.
