The Government of the Philippines has launched a campaign encouraging companies to establish facilities at Clark International Airport. The campaign is targeted at maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) companies, aerospace manufacturers, fixed-based operators (FBO), business aviation companies, original equipment makers (OEMs), cargo airlines, logistics companies, regional and international airlines and training organisations.

The airport is within the Clark Freeport trade zone where the companies can receive incentives and favourable tax concessions, up to a seven-year tax holiday, and a 5 per cent corporate income tax rate. The airport has a 3,200-metre-long and 60-metre-wide primary runway, with the tallest air traffic control tower in the Philippines. The new terminal building can handle up to 80 million passengers annually.
