Vivencio Dizon has been appointed as the new secretary of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) in the Philippines. Dizon, an economist, previously served as the chief of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and played a key role in the Duterte administration’s Build, Build, Build program.
