Perusahaan Gas Negara signs cooperation agreement for gas supply in Indonesia

PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), a natural gas transportation and distribution company, has signed two gas sales agreements totalling roughly 46.8 billion British thermal units per day (BBTUD). One of the agreements was signed with PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang, for gas volumes worth 34.8 BBTUD while the second one was signed with PT Saka Energi, for gas sales worth 10-12 BBTUD.

PGN has also signed five letters of agreement (LOA) with ConocoPhillips Grissik Limited (CPGL) to reduce gas prices for approximately 417.2 BBUTD worth of gas, as required by the Government of Indonesia. The agency has also signed two similar LOAs for gas worth 24.67 BBUTD with Medco Energi.
