Indonesia’s state energy company Pertamina has signed a heads of agreement (HoA) with Freepoint Commodities Private Limited to optimise the utilisation of its fuel terminal in Sambu Island. As per the terms of the partnership, Pertamina will supply oil products to the terminal and Freepoint will help in managing the terminal. Further, Pertamina will have the option of buying final products from the terminal.
