Southmax Sdn Bhd, ITMAX System Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with JLand Group Sdn Bhd (JLG), a unit of Johor Corporation (JCorp) to explore potential partnerships in developing and deploying smart city and integrated facilities management solutions for township and industrial park developments in Malaysia.
The companies aim to finalise a joint venture agreement (JVA) before establishing a joint venture company for the partnership. The collaboration seeks to deliver the benefits of machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and smart city solutions, ensuring an inclusive digitalisation transition.
