Solarcity Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a G Capital Bhd unit, has commenced operations on its 309.28 KWp solar photovoltaic (PV) plant at Muda Holdings Bhd’s plant in Penang. The facility was developed to install additional capacity under a supplemental power purchase agreement (PPA) signed between Solarcity and Muda Paper Converting Sdn Bhd.
The solar facility is expected to contribute to Solarcity’s revenue and earnings over a period of 25 years, under the terms of the PPA.
