NTC will engage the services of a private auditing firm to determine the value of Connectivity Unlimited Resources Enterprise’s 3G licence that has been surrendered by the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT). The move comes after the Commission on Audit refused to offer its services as an independent auditor. The PLDT Group surrendered the 3G frequency to NTC in mid-2012.
