NS Aero City Sdn Bhd (NSAC), a subsidiary of UNI Wall APS Holdings Bhd, has signed a memorandum of collaboration (MoC) with Sun Solutino Private Limited to co-develop projects under the Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0). The two companies will jointly oversee the development of certain portions of MVV 2.0 which include the construction of solar farms as well as other solar energy investments, with an estimated investment value of RM1 billion. Majority of the funding for the project will be provided by Sun Solutino.

MVV 2.0 is an economic growth corridor created by the state Government of Negri Sembilan and designated as one of the Malaysian National Physical Plan’s (NPP) 17 supported development zones. Once works are completed, the economic corridor will become an integrated city. The project will be located on 153,411 hectares of land in the districts of Seremban and Port Dickson.
