Meanwhile the National Power Transmission Corporation (NPTC), a subsidiary of the EVN Group, will be implementing the project in the northern region during 2013–17; it is estimated to cost 4.15 trillion dong. The DEP is the biggest transmission project funded by the World Bank in Vietnam.
