Myanmar Ports Authority announces construction tenders to construct general cargo port and a container loading dock

The Myanmar Ports Authority has announced eight tenders for the works towards the development of a general cargo port and a container loading dock. The port will be part of the Thilawa special economic zone, an industrial complex south of Yangon. The construction works are expected to commence in 2014.
