Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), the tollways arm of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, has appointed Gilbert F. Santa Maria as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding long-time tollways executive Jose Ma. K. Lim. Santa Maria, with three decades of leadership in aviation, technology-enabled services, and infrastructure, will focus on project delivery, customer service, and advancing interoperable tolling.

Marisa V. Conde has been named Interim Group Chief Finance Officer, bringing expertise in treasury and corporate finance. Luis S. Reñon was appointed President and General Manager of NLEX Corporation, while Christopher Andrew B. Pangilinan will lead MPT South Corp. alongside his role as President and CEO of Metro Pacific Water.

Lim will remain involved as an advisor and board member within the MPIC Group. MPTC continues to be the Philippines’ leading toll road operator, with major concessions in Luzon and Cebu and investments in Indonesia and Vietnam.
