eSakay Incorporated, a subsidiary of Manila Electric Company (Meralco) and Mober Technology Private Limited (Mober) have announced their partnership to co-develop sustainable delivery solutions in the Philippines. Under the partnership, the two firms will provide a sustainable alternative to the current motorcycle-driven delivery services. eSakay will supply Mober with a fleet of zero-emission commercial electric cargo vans capable of transporting items weighing up to 3,000 kg.
The partnership is expected to support the Government of the Philippines’ goal of transitioning the national fleet to cleaner and alternative sources of energy and promote green and sustainable transport operations.
