Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engineering (MHIENG), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), has launched a technical service centre in Singapore to enhance its transportation system products’ operation, repair and after-sales service in Asia. The centre will resolve customers’ post-delivery inquiries and requests and recommend new services such as error prevention and analysis as well as remote surveillance using digital and artificial intelligence (AI).
