Ministry of Public Works and Transport signs MoU with private companies for upgradation of road in Xayaboury province

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport, CH. Kanchang Public Company, and Panya Consulting Company have signed an MoU to upgrade the 27 km Paklai–Phoudoo road in  Xayaboury province. The project, which also involves the construction of five major bridges, is expected to be completed in 18 months. Thailand’s National Institute of Development Administration will be funding the project, which is estimated to cost 210 billion kip.
