The Philippines’ west zone water concessionaire Maynilad Water Services as well as a few other players, including conglomerate San Miguel Corporation, have expressed interest in the Bulacan bulk water supply project. The PhP 24.4 billion project, the government’s first water PPP agreement, aims to supply potable water to 24 areas in Bulacan province.
