Digistar Corporation Berhad, through its subsidiary Digistar Rauland, has received three individual licences from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission to offer network facilities, network services, and content application services. One of the licences is for providing infrastructure for network facilities including cables, towers, satellite earth stations, broadband fibre optic cables, telecommunications lines, mobile base stations, and broadcasting transmission equipment. The second licence for network services pertains to the provision of basic connectivity and bandwidth services. The third licence covers television and radio broadcast services, as well as online publishing and information services, etc. All three licences will be valid for a period of five years.
