The LTA of Singapore has awarded two civil contracts for the construction of Amber and Bedok South stations along TEL of a total value of around S$334 million. The construction of the Amber station has been awarded to Woh Hup (Private) Limited at a contract sum of S$146 million. The construction of the Bedok South station and its associated tunnels has been awarded to China Jingye Engineering Corporation Limited at an estimated cost of S$188 million. China Jingye Engineering Corporation Limited is a subsidiary of Metallurgical Corporation of China Limited.
