The National Development Corporation (NDC) and the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) have signed agreements to acquire land in Pandacan, Manila for the expansion of the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project in the Philippines. The scope of the agreements includes acquiring a 1.3-hectare plot from NDC, which is part of a larger 5-hectare property segmented by Skyway infrastructure.
The property is split into three irregular fragments due to the Skyway plan. This necessitated two deeds of sale, one for the area affected by the main alignment of the Skyway Stage 3 Project, meanwhile the other for the area impacted by the interconnection structure. The purchase amount was not disclosed.
