Koh Brothers Building & Civil Engineering Contractor Private Limited, a subsidiary of Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited, has secured an SDG313.9 million contract from the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore. The scope of the project involves designing and constructing a multi-storey bus depot at Lorong Halus. Scheduled to start in January 2025, the 54-month project is expected to conclude by 2029. The depot will feature a four-storey building with parking for 550 buses, administrative offices, workshops, and other operational facilities. Road improvement works, including realignments and traffic signal installations, will also be undertaken.
This contract increases the company’s order book to SDG899.7 million, ensuring project visibility through 2029. Other key ongoing projects include contracts for the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant, the Kallang Integrated Development, and works for Sport Singapore.
