The Japan International Cooperation Agency signed an agreement with the Ministry of Planning and Investment on February 20, 2013 to provide Lao PDR with a grant of 3.87 billion kip. The grant will be used to conduct a feasibility study on the Water Supply System Development Project in Thakhek district.
