J.V. Emmanuel de Dios has been appointed as the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Manila Water Company effective September 1, 2021. He takes over from Enrique Razon, Jr, who will continue to serve as the chairman of Manila Water. Prior to the new role, De Dios served as the CEO of PrimeBMD, an affiliate company of the Razon Group’s infrastructure investment arm. De Dios has three decades of experience in infrastructure and energy. He has also served as CEO of General Electric Philippines from 2012 to 2020.
