Indonesian telecom tower service provider Inti Bangun Sejahtera has earmarked Rp 800 billion ($70 million) as its capital expenditure for 2014 to fund the construction of about 700 new telecom towers. The company currently owns 2,104 towers across Indonesia. The company will source the finances through a rights offering and its internal cash reserves.
