Indonesian telecommunications provider PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat) has delisted its American depository receipts (ADRs) from the New York Stock Exchange. In connection with the delisting, Indosat intends to terminate the registration of its shares with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the ADR programme is expected to be completely terminated by around July 24, 2013.
