Indonesian energy company PT Medco Energi Internasional is offloading 63.88 per cent stake in its liquid fuel storage unit, PT Medco Sarana Kalibaru, to energy firm Puma Energy LLC. This is subject to review by the Indonesian regulatory authority, Puma Energy will form a partnership firm, PT Puma Medco Petroleum, by end of December 2012 to operate the storage unit. Puma Energy is a subsidiary ofAmsterdam’sTrafigura Beheer BV.
