Indonesian offshore marine services provider PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS) has received a convertible loan worth $10 million, with an exercise price of Rp 500 per share, from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The funds will strengthen the company’s capacity to bid for several upcoming projects involving the provision of offshore vessels to support deepwater drilling projects. It will also use the funds to expand its fleet of support vessels. In December 2011, WINS also received a $45 million loan from IFC.
