India and Myanmar have signed 10 MoUs, four of which focus on the construction of water supply systems, solar power systems for five townships, and construction of roads and schools in the state of Rakhine. The remaining MoUs include cooperation in petroleum products, and communications, amongst others. In December 2017, India and Myanmar had signed anMoU to provide assistance for the socio-economic development of Rakhine.
