Huawei Cloud is accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across government agencies in Thailand, supporting digital transformation and improving public service delivery.
NECTEC demonstrated its AI-powered PartiNote platform, which enables real-time speech recognition, automated meeting summaries, and searchable audio insights. This has improved knowledge management and reduced processing time for government operations.
The Thai FDA highlighted the use of AI to streamline regulatory processes, particularly in handling over one million product registration applications annually. By automating document analysis and screening, the agency has increased operational efficiency by up to three times while maintaining safety standards. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Commerce is leveraging AI through its MOC Go platform, integrating data from domestic and international offices to support real-time economic analysis, policy decisions, and enhanced services for businesses and citizens.
Huawei Cloud’s infrastructure enables large-scale AI deployment, supporting secure data processing, system integration, and real-time analytics across government systems. The initiative reflects a broader shift toward data-driven governance and AI-enabled public services in Thailand.
