Hanoi’s bus operator Transerco has deployed 15 Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ)-103 low-floor buses on Route 3, which connects Giap Bat and Gia Lam bus stations. Minsk Automobile Plant is a state-run automotive manufacturers’ association in Belarus, one of the largest in Eastern Europe. The buses are equipped with GPS equipment, LED information panels, Wi-Fi and an audio system. Further, there are plans to acquire at least 300 low-floor buses by 2019.
