The solutions aim to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and support enterprises in scaling AI adoption.
Gulf Edge will act as a strategic partner for Kore.ai in Thailand, with support on go-to-market strategy and product development. The collaboration aligns with growing demand for enterprise-grade AI solutions as organisations move from pilot projects to large-scale implementation.
Thailand’s AI market is projected to reach $3.5 billion by 2030, driven by strong enterprise uptake and investments in digital infrastructure. Gulf Edge’s ongoing investments in data centres and cloud capabilities, combined with Kore.ai’s platform, are expected to enable more localised and scalable AI applications.
