Malaysia-based Gentari Sdn Bhd and Singapore-based Sembcorp Industries Limited have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to partner on developing clean energy capacity in Southeast Asia. The partners will explore potential collaborations in trading of renewable energy from SEA or other mutually agreed locations.
They will also explore low-carbon hydrogen supply, including the development of hydrogen production facilities and the transportation of hydrogen from Malaysia to Singapore.
