Celcom Axiata Berhad won the Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Machine to Machine (M2M) Service Provider of the Year award, for the fourth consecutive year. The company uses the most advanced technology to ensure that its customers get best-in-class solutions. Given the increasing importance of M2M connectivity, the company was recognised as the leader in the next wave of growth in the telecommunication industry.

The company received the Frost & Sullivan M2M Service Provider of the Year award in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and the Malaysia Best Customer Experience in Telecommunications awards in 2014 and 2016.

The Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Award began as the Malaysia Telecom Awards in 2005 to showcase outstanding IT and telecommunication companies in Malaysia.
